Ripon VX Club is one of the fastest-growing and fastest-improving clubs in the country in one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. VX is a young sport that is spreading rapidly across the world. Played as a team sport, as singles (V2) or doubles (v4), VX is totally gender-neutral at all levels in all disciplines.
Ripon's status in the sport has been recognised as the club has played host to a number of international visitors seeking to learn about VX.
Started by former V2 World Champion and England captain Tom Hildreth with Director of Sport for Ripon Schools, Helen Mackenzie, Ripon VX Club has gone from strength to strength, having won a number of titles, getting players onto the England programme and seeing players compete successfully in V2 (singles).
Training is held at VX's National Centre of Excellence at Ripon Grammar School.
